Alaska Ski for Women

Superbowl morning and what are Alaskan women doing?  Up to their elbows in the kitchen preparing wings, filling bowls of Doritos, chilling six packs of beer?  No way!  The annual Alaska Ski for Women celebrates the fairer sex and raises money for local non-profits.  Over the past several years, the Alaska Ski for Women has donated close to $800,000 to local community, non-profit organizations helping to stop the cycle of domestic abuse against women and children.   And, it's a lot of fun!   Almost 1500 women participated in the 16th annual edition of the event.  Jess and Harriet dove into the costume box, and waxed up to ski with Aunt Shelly and cousin Hannah in the party wave - where women go over the top with extravagant costumes...
